My "New" Life

Alright, I'm sorry that I am just now posting about everything thta has been going on in my life---so much. Lets see..... The wedding

The wedding was absolutely the best. It was enchanting. Truly I felt like a princess. God gave me so much peace and such a calm. it was amazing. You know you have so many thoughts of what it will be like and it truly met everyone of my dreams. I'm going to post pictures asap.

The honeymoon----Really must anyone ask. It was great. We went to Colorado and had so much fun. The most fun to me was waking up to John Mark. That's such a cool feeling still is. We didn't ski, we shopped and enjoyed great food it seemed like constantly we were eating. Usually I am sick at least 2 days while I'm in CO but I wasn't sick at all which was a huge blessing. We came home early just because everyonethought we were crazy but we were ready to get to our house and open all the gift (thank you cards are still being written-eventually they will be done...if you were wondering). , look at our pictures. We are glad that we came home early it was a fun week doing nothing but hanging out. e enjoyed it.

We start building out house in about 2 weeks we are looking very forward to that. BEing in the country especially.

Anyways, life is going great. JM, Midas (our dog) and I are having a blast. Love you all.

30 More Days Til the Wedding

Wow...... It's been awhile since I last posted. Life has been extremely busy for me. I moved into our apartment, brought home the most precious puppy-Midas, and......I know there is more, but I can't think right now. Nursing school is going good. It's extremely hard, and I'm feeling the pressure. It's good though. I'm transferring to another school in January and I'm so excited about it. On top of all the bonuses to going to a bigger school I think the change will be enough to motivate me for the next year. Anyways, on to the good stuff. The wedding is 30 days til today. Yeah, boy am I ready. Clear your calenders December 10th. It's going to be a good day. I can't wait. It's almost hard to believe its finally here I've been waiting so long. Well, what else is there. Not a lot I guess I hope your day is a going good.

This is my soon-to be neice Haven a.k.a The Flower Girl. She's precious, and I have so much fun with here. Hopefully we will have a little girl as sweet as her. While I was sticking other photos on here I saw this one and thought it definately needed to be on "the grand blog".

Jada and I last Halloween

I realized some of you guys have never seen pictures of my roommates/best friends so I thought it was time to post pics of them. Of course the guys don't live with us (just across the street). I'm so blessed to have Jodi and Jada they are more like close sisters than anything.

Tribute to Jenn

Well today has been uneventful. I've actually been sick, so I slept until 2:30 this afternoon. I never do that, but I really haven't been feeling good. Anyways, it's been a great week. We added another addition to our family. Sophia Rose Brewer was born super early on Wednesday morning . Although I haven't been able to see her in person yet I've seen pictures and she's beautiful. I love the chunky cheeks. I went to Mena this weekend with great hopes that she would choose to come then, although she didn't I had fun seeing her room and hanging out with Jenn a bit. Jenn decorated her room sooooo cute. I loved it. Jenn is going to make an excellent mom she's so sweet and soft spoken. Sophie is very lucky. Jenn's been an excellent example of how life should go, and how prayer and seeking God is always the best way. I'm so excited to see how God is blessing her life. She's amazing!!!!!

Well once again I've been gone for awhile, but I'm back. Life has been very good. I started school on Monday. So far so good. Wedding plans are coming right along. We are having a lot of fun. I thought I would post some pics .

Summer Days

I'm not even going to say it. I know I do have real problems when it comes to consistency with updating my blog. I'm sorry. Today started out really busy, but it's slowed down a lot. This morning JM and I woke and had our engagement pics done, after that we went and put a deposit on our apartment, we got on the same cell phone plan and finally went and opened an account together. It was fun. Everything is going good. This weekend we went to Mena to visit. It was fun. Christopher is back from Canada and it was good to see him last weekend. His girlfriend Casey is an absolute delight and I think Chris is breaking her into the family well. It's really funny, because she's so quiet and my family isn't that at all. He's very sweet to her, and i love what he always has to say when she leaves. He talks about her with such admiration and respect for her. Well I guess I'll go. Talk to you later (maybe, eh :) )

I'm back

Wow-It's like I have days when I think I should blog and then I never do it, but I spent the last 1/2 hour reading blogs so I thought I should update my blog. I just finished reading my brother Chris' blog and I was reminded at how blessed I am to have him as a brother. He is amazing. He seeks the Lord diligently and has truly been shown amazing things. When I think of a meek person Christopher comes to my mind. He is in Canada visiting our mom. I wish i could be there, but I think the time just him and her is very good. Christopher I the type of person that you can't help but love----Chris, your so dang loveable!! I hope he's having a great time in Canada. Well, life in Fayetteville is going well. I'm just getting over a horrible eye infection, but it's much better. Thank you Lord. School is out, so I preoccupy myself with work, wedding and house stuff. Life's busy, but I'm loving it. Unfortunately those around me have been experiencing the irritable side of Stephanie (especially JM) . I have so many reasons to be blessed and still I spend time being frustrated. JM and i were talking about it today, and my goal of everday is to overlook that which I could make a big deal of and focus more on what makes me truly happy. I was listening to this lady speak, Karen Wheaton, and she was talking about how when our life is over that little dash -- between the year of birth and year of death is the time of our life. She was saying that little dash is just a dot on eternity and we don't have time to spend it being irritated, frustrated or mad. I thought that was very good point. Well it's late and i must go to bed. Goodnight

Blessings

I'm sitting here at school waiting to receive my grade on the last test before my final. I'm a little concerned so I thought I would write a blog about the amazing blessings going on in my life. First, My Engagement is a huge blessing. John Mark is such a gift to me and I'm so blessed to be spending the rest of my life with him. Second, My awesome roommates who are putting up with this in love psycho who's almost done with her first semester of nursing school. They are handling me very well.Also my Awesome family who is basically planning my wedding since I'm tied up with school (Doing an awesome job!!!) Third, Nursing School Although its been very difficult I'm so happy to be in this program. Fourth, John Mark and I are in the process of possibly being given a house and we were given land. WOW!!!!! What a blessing!!!! Sometimes its so easy to panic about my day to day life, but when I reflect on how blessed I am it really helps me to realize that today itself is just another blessing. So enjoy today......Don't get so busy and tied up in the worry that you miss your incredible blessings

It's been awhile

Well I fell very behind in my blog. Last week was probably the worst week in school that I've had all along. It definately wasn't good, but by God's grace I got through it. School is going very well, except for one thing. Today they (the school board) called an emergency meeting with the faculty and students. They informed us that one of the partners in the school was pulling out of their agreement with the school, because the school is paid for by this health system and one other that means if Har-ber doesn't find another healthcare sponsor they will be forced to shut down. This will take place January 2006. I know everything is going to work out and that I will just transfer to another college here in Fayetteville IF Harber is unable to stay open. god is in control and everything will be ok. Pray about it if you think about it. Anyways, on to the better stuff John Mark is great and it beginning to sink in that I'm really truly getting married in December. I'm so excited and its going to be so beautiful. I sat down and talked to John Mark's parents yesterday about the wedding and marriage stuff. I'm so blessed to have such Godly in-laws I love them. The type of music at the reception is going to be "Father of the Bride kinda music" so if you have any ideas please post them, ex...Bing Crosby, Louis Armstrong, Rod Stewart, etc. Also, any fun creative ideas for wedding/reception please post them. Anyways, that's a summary of my life in the past few days, hopefully I won't go as long until I post again.
