I'm a Graduate....Yeah

Well I finished....without going crazy. It feels weird to be done with nursing school. I plan to take my nursing boards January until then I will be working at the hospital as an RN with my temporary license. What a relief

I've been feeling great. Everyone told me that I would get sick (morning sickness), but I haven't. Supposedly I'm past that stage or very close. I had a few mornings that I was a bit queezy, but that was it. I'm so thankful for that. I prayed that I would have a healthy pregnancy and that I would feel great through it. Praise the Lord I have.

We're trying to get ready for Christmas. This year has been really weird. It doesn't feel like it should be Christmas, so we have been lagging behind. We're almost done with our shopping though. Most of all I'm looking so forward to January 2nd I'm going to be an aunt again. My sister in law, Kara, is going to have Harbin that day. We are so excited and so ready for him to be here. I'll post pics when he gets here.

Well thats all for now.

I'm going crazy

I seriously think that I might go nuts in the next few days. I have test out the wazoo, and I'm trying to find a job. Graduating sucks....not really, but preparing for it does. I'm really excited about being done, though.

Everything besides school, and finding a job are going well. I've been feeling great. No sickness!!! Praise the Lord.

Please pray that I keep my sanity for the next few days.

Here's a pic of where the little one is.....I think it's so fun to see pictures. It makes it more real to me.

Who loves me will love my Dog

And who wouldn't love this sweet thing. Oh, I love this dog. For those of you who knew Midas got really sick, but he is doing much better. These pics are my favorite I took them yesterday and i think they are so sweet : )

I love this song

I understand many people don't like country music, I love it. I'm all about the sappy stuff. Here are lyrics to my new favorite song. I absolutely love it-----It's beautiful.

She’s a yellow pair of running shoes
A holey pair of jeans
She’s looks great in cheap sunglasses
She looks great in anything
She’s “I want a piece of chocolate”
“Take me to a movie”
She’s “I can’t find a thing to wear”
Now and then she’s moody
She’s a Saturn with a sunroof
With her brown hair a blowin'
She’s a soft place to land
And a good feeling knowing
She’s a warm conversation that I wouldn’t miss for nothing
She’s a fighter when she’s mad and a lover when she’s loving

She’s everything that I ever wanted
And everything I need
When I talk about her I go on and on and on
Cause she is everything to me

She’s a Saturday out on the town
Church girl on Sunday
A cross around her neck
and a cuss word cause it’s Monday
She’s a bubble bath and candle baby come and kiss me
She’s a one glass of wine and she’s feelin kinda tipsy
She’s the giver I wish I could be and the stealer of the covers
She’s the picture in my wallet of the unborn babies mother
She’s the hand that I'm holdin when I’m on my knees and prayin
She’s the answer to my prayers
She’s the song that I’m playin

andShe’s everything that I ever wanted
And everything I need When I talk about her I go on and on and on
Cause she is everything to me

She’s the voice I love to hear Someday when I’m 90
She's that wooden rocking chair I want rocking right beside me
Everyday that passes I only love her more
Yea she’s the one that id lay down my own life for

She’s everything that I ever wanted And everything I need
When I talk about her I go on and on and
on Cause she is everything to me--Brad Paisley

Don't you wish someone wrote that about you--Sweet

Congratulation Tony and Jessica

I generally would not use my blog to tell bad news, but I really want all of you guys that I don't see very often and am not able to talk to hardly ever to know that this weekend I miscarried. We actually didn't find out for sure until the am. It's been very hard and I haven't wanted to talk about it really, but I do want everyone to know. We are doing fine, and we know that God is in control. Please be praying for us. I love you guys.

For the next 9 months when I blog I'm going to put a picture of where the baby is developmentally on my blog. We aren't for sure, but I think I'm just pregnant and I estimate that I'm almost or right about 4 weeks so this was the best picture i could find. John Mark wanted me to be sure everyone knows this isn't our baby---so if anyone was in doubt this isn't my baby just a picture haha.

We're Pregnant

Yeah!!! This has been a crazy last few I'm just now getting back to my blog, but I come with fun fun news. WE'RE GOING TO HAVE A BABY. I thought I may be pregnant last Monday, but I didn't want to get my hopes up too high, but by Friday I was positive I was. We took a pregnancy test Friday and it was positive, then a second one Friday night and it was positive, and then Saturday morning another one it was positive. So we're pretty positive. It's funny how you can't believe the first or the second, and I'm still fighting the urge to take another one because it is so hard to believe. We are so excited ----we actually can't believe it. We hope the next 9 months fly by. Keep us and out baby in your prayers. Yeahhhh!!!!

Sweet Lilly

Lilly died yesterday at about 5:00 in the afternoon. I took Lilly to the vet yesterday morning and she seemed to be feeling well. I told her to hop in the car, that we had to go bye bye and she hopped in the backseat as she barked at the cows (something she never quiet got used to and definately never liked). We weekly took Lilly in to see if her packed cell count was getting higher it had began to decrease, so we had started her on a new medication I expected it to be much higher so I was surprised when the Dr. called and said that it had fallen even more, but I wasn't prepared for the next call. About 2 hours later he called and said that Lilly's nose had began to bleed from both nostrils. It was apparent to me that Lilly was about to start bleeding badly. John Mark and I came home and decided that it would be best for her if we let her die before she was in any pain, or having a lot of trouble breathing. It was terrible. It was so hard----I've never had to do this kind of thing before. My heart broke, and so did John Marks we loved Lilly and had worked so hard to keep her a live it seemed backwards to put her down before she was hurting. That is waht hurt so bad; she seemed to feel so well, and looked so good and healthy---like she was doing better. I know we did the right thing.....its just that the right thing just really sucks sometimes.

I just wanted to write a little update. Schools tomorrow and we both had class tonight so we are just getting home and now we are headed to bed. Hope everyone has a blessed day tomorrow

Pics of St Louis

St Louis

We had such a fun time in St. Louis this weekend . We were also very glad to get home. We went to watch the Cardinals play. It was a lot of fun. I had the great honor of going up in the magnificent St Louis Arch ------NEVER DO IT. IT was so scary. First, you have to wait forever just to get in, then much to my surprize they put you in this egg looking, hole of an elevator. NO WINDOWS, NO AIR CIRCULTION, AND EXTREMELY SMALL SPACE. For 5 minutes you undergo this ride to the top of the arch. Once you get up your so scared all you want to do is get back down, which means of course that you must get back in the "egg". Kelley and I wanted to take stairs (100 and something flights") we couldn't so back in the egg we went.It was so scary. Besides that and ending up in Illinois (on accident) it was a lot of fun. Houston and Kelley are going to get married very soon, and thats very good. It's so funny being around "soon to be " married people-----they're so weird haha. Anyways, we had a blast.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD------------YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crazy Have!!!
and John Mark, Haven and Kayleen

Poor Haven she was having a rough time. She had just been told she couldn't jump back into the
lake. She had so much fun

The picture of the guys tubing, Houston and Daniel was one of the many "tube wars"

The other is John Mark and Yura.

The Laney's did Branson

Well we just got back from our Branson trip. We had so much fun, but we are so glad to be back. Friday we shopped alllllll day long. It was so fun. Outlet malls are the best. Saturday we were at the lake. I tried tubing......once.......that was enough for me. It really hurt my stomach, but I had fun taking pictures of everyone else. Then on Sunday we went to Silver Dollar City, it was fun, but extremely hot. We had a lot of fun. John Mark just went to pick up Lilly....yeah she is doing so much better. I think she's going to make it. We've taken her off the shot steroids and started her on oral ones, and her red blood cell count is staying consistent. We are so happy about that. Well this is just a quick post. I have so much to do including studying for a test that I have tomorrow morning. Yippee

Our Precious Lilly

Lilly is our wonderful Airedale terrier, and we found out that she has an autoimmune disease that is destroying her red blood cells. Two days ago we thought she may die. Although we are having a hard time stabilizing her RBC's today she is doing much better. She is acting like she feels better. We bring her home at night and she stays at the vet all day. It's really sweet because she and Midas are good friends and normally they would wrestle and play. Since they are both living in the house we thought we may have a hard time keeping Midas "low key" well not so muchh. Midas is so sweet he just lays beside her like he knows she is sick. It's kinda sad but very sweet. Please pray that Lilly will get better and that we will know how to handle this disease so that she can live a long healthy life.

Aren't the handsome. I love those boys
